This beautiful service requires a care focused and experienced Nursing Home Manager (RGN) to take the lead and support the team in the day to day running of the home. The ideal candidate will have previous home management experience and will have an excellent background working with older people with general nursing and care needs. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role along with a sound understanding of CQC and their minimum care standards.
